Been buried in lots of changes.
While I’ve been buried in generating prototypes at work, so I’ve been way to busy to post some much needed blog posts.
Upcoming posts:
I need to give a real response to Facebook’s new folly into the Social Network API wars. Short answer: OpenGraph API and the new Facebook widgets are very slick and effective strategy to keep Facebook at the center of social networking on the internet. Expect to start seeing that annoying “like” button everywhere, as Facebook has now made it VERY easy and fast to include Facebook within third party domain sites.
Although I’m expecting Google to lob a much harder response during the Google IO on May 19th. Google needs to hit a home run right now to try and put some of the Buzz fumbles behind them. Otherwise they miss any market opportunity to overtake Facebook’s current lead.
Joined New Work City last month! Gives me great excuse to travel into NYC at least twice a week. The co-working movement deserves it’s own blog entry, which I don’t have time enough to give it’s due.
TedXEast tomorrow! Tweets guaranteed. Crossing my fingers to get at least one great “Wonder” story, and meet a few new people.
